GUIDED HUNT
At Twisted Wind Outfitters, our guided whitetail deer hunts are designed to give hunters the best possible opportunity at a successful and ethical harvest. Our properties are carefully managed and monitored year-round using cell cameras to track deer movement and patterns, allowing our guides to place you in proven locations.
We supplement with corn to help keep deer on the property and provide consistent opportunities throughout the season. We have elevated Banks Outdoors stump blinds for clients to hunt in.
Please note: while we are hands-on throughout the hunt and recovery process, hunters are responsible for field dressing and transporting their deer to a processor. We are happy to recommend trusted local processors in the area.
DEER DRAW
Non-resident hunters must apply through the Kansas Deer Draw each April to obtain a whitetail deer permit. We focus on Units 7 and 8, and drawing a permit is the first step to hunting Kansas whitetails—contact us for help with timelines and planning your hunt.
SUB-LEASE
We offer a limited number of sub-lease opportunities on private, well-managed Kansas whitetail ground. These leases are designed for serious hunters who value low hunting pressure, quality habitat, and a professional operation focused on producing mature deer.
